Pelham is situated in the heart of the splendid  BH13 Postcode.  Living here is an opportunity to have a wonderfully healthy and social lifestyle with woodland walks, the sea and beaches close by.

Poole beaches are superb and one of the best at Branksome Chine and Canford Cliffs is only down the road. A nice walk or bike ride along the Avenue and you are there. Pelham is within strolling distance of Westbourne with all its wonderful choice of shops, cafe and restaurants.

Poole and Bournemouth are acknowledged as the most desirable destinations to live, work and play. Pelham is on the cusp of the two conjoined towns.  The location is ideal with bus stops close by for  Bournemouth and Poole town centres and the National Express for London, Heathrow and Gatwick.  Branksome rail station is a 10-minute walk from where it takes 2 hours to Waterloo.

A drive down to Sandbanks and catch the ferry over to Studland and there is all of Purbeck before you. Or go inland to Wimborne and the heart of rural Dorset. If you already live here you know it;  if you are moving to the area you will never regret it.
